Managing Symptoms during the busy Holiday Season.

As we all know, stress can be debilitating in itself. For me, when I am over stressed, I feel it in almost all my MS symptoms, worse bladder and particularly fatigue. So how best can we manage our stress leading up to the Holiday Season.  I find making a plan, breaking holiday planning up into bite sized chunks I can deal with, without getting stressed. I am not a lists person but lists can help immensely.....

And what about fatigue?  Here are a list of strategies to keep in mind:

  1. Exercise
  2. Stay cool
  3. Think about doing things efficiently to conserve energy
  4. Regulate your sleep
  5. Most importantly - eat well - Supplements can help with this
