Due to the nature of the goods, Returns can not be  accepted.

Refunds may be considered on a case by base basis. 

If goods delivered by International Air mail fail to be delivered within 44 days they may be resent free of change at the discretion of MultipleSupplements.com. 

MultipleSupplements.com accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss sustained or caused by shipping. 

For MS-Biotin Complex only: If you are not completely satisfied after using the product we will provide a complete refund of product cost. Subject to the terms and conditions below. This only applies to the purchase of your first bottle. If multiple bottles are purchased the refund will only apply to one bottle. Product must be taken in accordance with the directions. Keep and provide us with a copy of a daily diary which will be provided. If you would like to take us up on this offer leave us a note when placing your order.
