Shipping Policy

Currently, all New Zealand orders are shipped through CourierPost.

All international order are shipped via airmail through NZ Post or through DHL if a Courier service is selected.

All International orders are shipped Incoterms DPU.

Import Duties or Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer to pay on arrival of goods to the destination country unless otherwise stipulated.

MultipleSuplements.com accepts no liability for losses or damages incurred during shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary from region to region and service selected.

Any orders above 120NZD can be shipped free of charge by untracked Airmail service.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Germany requires a Medical Import Licence for Biotin products.

SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders received by us before 3.30pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday - Friday, before 3.30pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.

No dispatched are made on New Zealand statutory holidays or days between Christmas and New Years Eve.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

Once leaving our premesis target delivery times for International deliveries are:

Domestic CourierPost - 1-3 days
International Air Small Parcel - 6-10 Business days.
International Courier 2-5 business days.

Because we do not directly control any parts of the delivery chain once your order leaves our premesis, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.
