Check out a few of our favourite smoothie recipes below!

Boost Smoothie

1 cup Pineapple juice
1 Banana
1 tsp MS Body Boost

Blitz all ingredients in the blender and you’re ready to go!

Go Green Smoothie

1 banana
1 handful spinach
1 cup rice milk
1 cup coconut milk (or cream)
1 teaspoon MS Body Boost

Place all ingredients into the blender or bullet and blend.


Super Boost Vitality Smoothie

1/2 banana
1/2 pear
handful of spinach (or you can use kale)
sprig of parsley
sprig of mint
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbs chia seeds
1/2 tsp grated ginger
pinch cayenne
pinch cinnamon
pinch turmeric
3 tbs plain natural yogurt
1-2 tbs coconut milk/ cream
water (as required for consistency)
1 teaspoon MS Body Boost

Throw it all in the blender and whizz it up to the consistency you desire. Quantities are approximate so have a play and come up with the perfect variation for you an enjoy!

I am very interested in your Vit. B complex with biotin. I do have Ms and had some questions I would like to ask. I already take a multi-vitamin with just B12 and B6, but it doesn’t have all the vit. B ‘s your’s. does. If I was to buy your vit. B complex would that be too many vit. b’s because my multi-vitamin has a few vit. B’s in it. Also would be very interested in speaking with you on diet etc.With my MS I suffer with body pain and muscle spasms.
