As we all know, stress can be debilitating in itself. For me, when I am over stressed, I feel it in almost all my MS symptoms, worse bladder and particularly fatigue. So how best can we manage our stress leading up to the Holiday Season. I find making a plan, breaking holiday planning up into bite sized chunks I can deal with, without getting stressed. I am not a lists person but lists can help immensely.....
And what about fatigue? Here are a list of strategies to keep in mind:
- Stay cool
- Think about doing things efficiently to conserve energy
- Regulate your sleep
- Most importantly - eat well - Supplements can help with this
